We are hiring a Senior Software Engineer AI driven.
This role is ideal for someone who provides strong technical leadership while genuinely enjoying hands-on development. You will work with advanced AI-powered development tools as part of your daily workflow to accelerate delivery, enhance creativity, and raise the quality of our products.

Key Responsibilities
 

• Ship customer-facing features end-to-end (architecture → implementation → testing → release).

•  Run rapid POCs/spikes to test ideas and reduce risk.

• Improve the Software development life cycle (testing strategy, CI/CD, observability, performance).

• Integrate with third-party services and internal platforms.

• Use cutting-edge AI tools to accelerate delivery, enhance creativity, and raise code quality.

• Collaborate across Product, Design, and Development to turn bold ideas into shipped, high-impact outcomes.

 

Requirements and skills
 

•  6–7 years of professional software development experience.

• Strength in at least one backend stack and solid frontend fluency.

• Proven, practical use of AI tools in day-to-day development.

• Startup experience – must.

• Strong product orientation and a holistic view of systems.

• Track record of owning complex features from concept to production.

• Comfortable with integrations, distributed systems, and debugging in production.

• Excellent written and spoken English.

Nice to Have / Advantage 

​

• Expertise in Node.js and TypeScript

• Knowledge of both SQL and NoSQL databases

• Familiarity with Redis, Kafka, and message-queuing systems

• Experience with real-time systems, data pipelines, geospatial, or safety-critical domains

• Experience building internal tools to improve developer productivity

• Cloud / DevOps experience: Docker, CI/CD, Kubernetes, Infrastructure as Code, AWS/GCP

• Experience with AWS cloud services

• Passion for aviation, robotics, or autonomous systems​
