We are hiring an Software Engineer!

This role is ideal for someone who can reason about complex systems, own problems end-to-end, and move fast by making AI a core part of how they build software every day - not a side tool, but the way work gets done. You will design, build, and ship features across our platforms while working closely with Product and Design. Ownership is in your nature.

Responsibilities

Own features end-to-end, from technical design through implementation, testing, and release.
Design and build components of complex, distributed systems.
Apply sound software design and system design principles to keep the codebase scalable and maintainable.
Embed AI-powered tools into your daily workflow as a core part of how you design, build, and ship - not a side utility.
Research and evaluate new AI tools and models, and drive adoption of the ones that genuinely raise the team's velocity and quality.
Debug and resolve issues across the stack, from root cause to fix.
Collaborate with Product and Design to turn requirements into shipped, high-impact solutions.

Requirement

5+ years of experience developing software in one or more modern programming languages.
Experience developing complex systems.
Solid understanding of software design, system design, and DevOps principles (CI/CD, Kubernetes/containers, cloud infrastructure).
Hands-on experience embedding AI tools into your day-to-day development process.
Strong problem-solving ability.
Good written and spoken English.
Startup experience - advantage.
