High Lander is expanding its QA and Flight Operations team!

Responsibilities

•  Be part of the QA team and collaborate closely with Product and R&D throughout the development process.

• Design, write, and execute manual test cases for complex, multi-layered systems.

• Create and maintain clear test plans, regression suites, and structured documentation.

• Use advanced testing tools, including AI-assisted solutions (such as LLMs and MCP-based workflows), to improve coverage, efficiency, and defect detection.

•  Perform QA testing using simulators and real operational scenarios.

• Review feature specifications and provide meaningful, high-quality feedback to development teams.

• Assist in the development and maintenance of automated tests using modern tools and frameworks.

• Support exploratory testing, failure analysis, and root-cause investigations.

• Ensure high product quality and reliability in systems deployed in regulated and operational aviation environments.

Requirements​

•  Highly organized, detail-oriented, and systematic thinker - Must.

• At least 1 year of experience in QA engineering.

• Understanding of software testing principles and QA methodologies.

•  Comfortable working with modern testing tools and evolving QA practices.

• Basic scripting or coding knowledge (e.g., Python or JavaScript) - an advantage.

• Excellent mathematics and English skills.

• Strong learning ability, technical curiosity, and motivation to grow.

• Familiarity with Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and Jira.

• Experience with aviation systems, drones, or working in a startup environment - an advantage.
