An entry-level role for someone who brings real independence, initiative, and a genuine drive to learn. You will work at the intersection of AI and quality assurance, building automation frameworks and exploring new tools that shape how we test and deliver our products.
Responsibilities

Own QA coverage across High Lander's products, working closely with development and product teams

Build and maintain AI-powered automation frameworks and testing infrastructure

Develop automations using AI Agents and Orchestrators to scale testing efforts

Research, evaluate, and compare AI tools in the market - and choose the right one for each need

Drive prompt engineering practices to extract reliable, high-quality outputs from AI tools

Identify gaps in coverage and take initiative to close them
Requirements

1+ years of experience with QA, testing methodologies, or prior QA coursework

1+ of hands-on experience in automation testing or test scripting -advantage

Hands-on experience with automation tools, AI tools, testing frameworks, or prompt engineering - demonstrated through scripts, testing flows, documentation, or POCs - advantage

Familiarity with Git workflows - commits, branches, pull requests, and collaboration processes - advantage

Thrives in a fast-moving, dynamic environment and adapts quickly to change

Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail

Fluent English - written and verbal

Background in aviation or drone operations (military, civilian, or academic) - advantage
