We Are Hiring

We are hiring a Project Manager with a strong financial control background to join our Projects team.

You will own end-to-end delivery projects while building the financial processes and reporting infrastructure that give real-time visibility into revenue, cost, and profitability across our projects.

Key Responsibilities

Own end-to-end delivery projects – Initiation, Planning, Execution, Monitoring & Control, Closing.
Build financial control processes for the Projects department – revenue, cost, gross margin, and profitability tracking per project.
Track hours and resource allocation across projects, connecting scope, cost, and timeline into one control framework.
Run the monthly financial review and control cycle once processes are established.
Coordinate across development, product, support, R&D, sales and customer-facing teams to keep projects on scope, budget, schedule and quality.
Present project and financial status to internal stakeholders and, where relevant, to customers.
Identify process gaps and drive them to resolution without waiting to be asked.

Requirements and skills

+5 years of experience in Project Management or PMO roles – Must.
Meaningful experience in financial control or profitability management of project financial P&L – Must.
Background in software / technology project environments – Must.
Strong ability to manage, analyze and engage with multiple stakeholders both internal & external.
Proficiency with Project Management tools (Jira, Monday, MS toolkit) – Must.
Proficiency with AI tools for budget tracking, project management and process optimization – Must.
Excellent English (written and spoken) and strong presentation skills – Must.
Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment – Must.
Direct customer-facing experience.
PMP certification (or active progress toward one) – Advantage.
