Are you obsessed with what AI creative tools can produce - and always the first to try the next one? High Lander is expanding its Marketing team! We are looking for a designer with a sharp creative eye and hands-on experience with AI tools, who is ready to work across design, motion, and visual content in a fast-moving tech company.

 

Responsibilities

  • Create visual and motion assets across all marketing channels - social media, digital campaigns, presentations, events, and web - with AI tools as your primary production layer

  • Produce brand visuals, explainer content, and short-form animated content using AI-powered image, video, and motion generation tools

  • Research, explore, and adopt new AI creative tools continuously - staying ahead of what is possible and integrating the best of it into your work

  • Keep High Lander's visual brand consistent and sharp across all outputs

  • Work closely with the marketing team to take briefs from idea to finished, publish-ready assets

  • Maintain asset libraries, templates, and brand materials

Requirements and skills

  • 1+ years of experience in graphic design, motion design, or a related creative field

  • Hands-on, daily working experience with AI creative tools (such as Midjourney, Runway ML, Adobe Firefly, Kling, or similar)

  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro) and/or Figma

  • Demonstrated ability to produce motion graphics and animated content

  • Portfolio showcasing design work, motion, and AI-generated or AI-assisted outputs - Must. Applications without a portfolio will not be considered

  • High level of English - written and spoken
