We’re looking for an energetic and exceptional part-time Office Manager to join our growing team.

 

Responsibilities

 

  • Maintaining a clean and organized office space, ensuring a professional and welcoming atmosphere.

  • Managing office supplies, inventory, and equipment, and coordinate any necessary maintenance.

  • Assisting with HR activities, including welfare events and the onboarding process, including CV reviews.

  • Assisting the management team with all administrative, logistic, and business items: managing calendars, and meetings. Assisting in basic bookkeeping tasks, such as expense tracking and invoice processing.

  • Liaising with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely deliveries and managing contracts with external service providers.

  • Being discreet and handling all activities with high confidentiality.

 

Requirements and skills

  • Proven experience in an administrative role – startup/tech experience is an advantage.

  • Proficiency with Google apps and MS Office and being generally tech-savvy.

  • Fluent written and verbal English skills.

  • Self-motivated, high standards, and the ability to work under pressure.

  • Outstanding organizational and time-management abilities.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Problem-solving and decision-making aptitude.

  • Availability to work 50% part-time from the office.
