We Are Hiring

We are hiring AI Marketing Specialist to join our team as a maternity leave replacement.

You will take ownership of our conference and event operations, drive our content and social media output, and support our marketing activities using AI tools.

If you can hold a lot of moving pieces at once, learn new systems fast, and make sure nothing falls through the cracks, this is the role for you.

 

Key Responsibilities
 

  • Own the planning and execution of conferences and events end-to-end, including vendor coordination, logistics, booth materials, budget and on-site execution.

  • Write and produce marketing content across channels, using AI tools to accelerate ideation and production.

  • Manage and grow our social media presence and campaigns across LinkedIn, Facebook/Instagram, and Google Ads.

  • Build campaign materials and creative assets in collaboration with our designer.

  • Operate marketing automation and email platforms (e.g., HubSpot/Mailchimp) to run targeted campaigns.

  • Maintain and update the company website and landing pages.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams and external vendors to keep marketing operations running smoothly.

Requirements and skills
 

  • 2+ years of professional experience, with a background in marketing / event production.

  • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and workstreams in parallel, in a fast-paced environment – Must.

  • Strong written and verbal English – Must.

  • Comfortable learning and adopting new tools, systems, and AI platforms independently- Must.

  • Experience using AI tools and agents for content creation, productivity, or campaign work.

  • Experience with website platforms (Wix or similar) and/or marketing automation and email tools (e.g., HubSpot, Mailchimp) is a plus.

  • Prior experience writing marketing or social media content is a plus.
