We’re looking for a 
Customer Experience Manager to join us.

 

Responsibilities

 

  • Speak with High Lander customers on a daily basis, communicate via channels such as phone calls and support tickets (email).

  • Provide comprehensive product support and assist customers with inquiries and troubleshooting.

  • Develop and deliver training to improve product knowledge.

    Manage and develop a team of two employees.

  • Accountable for the end-to-end implementation of the systems, including client process integrations‫.‬‬‬‬‬‬.

  • Gather customer feedback and collaborate with our Product and Dev teams to help deliver an exceptional experience to our customers.

  • Develop, document, and maintain standard operating procedures, best practices, and customer service guidelines.

  •  Be part of the Israel National Drone Initiative team, operate the systems during flight weeks, conduct tests and experiments to improve our products.

 

 

Requirements and skills

  • 1-2 years of customer support/facing experience in the high tech industry.  Experience in B2B- an advantage.

  • Experience in customer-facing training.

  • Service-oriented personality with a can-do attitude and problem-solving skills. 

  • Excellent communication skills in English (written and spoken).

  • Fast learner with tech orientation, comfortable working with digital tools. 

  • Experience working across teams (Dev, Product, QA)

  • Team-player who can also work independently.

  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
